Nine Senses Immersion in Resplendent Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka | 16th - 24th April 2027

Join Nine Senses in Sri Lanka to connect with the deepest parts of yourself - where ancient wisdom, and psychological science converge. A restorative blend of professional development &/or personal renewal, nature, culture, and deep nervous-system restoration.

This unique retreat is designed for those seeking profound renewal. Through a seamless blend of Ayurvedic medicine and Western somatic therapy, you are invited to return to balance — physically, emotionally, and energetically. To connect with a peaceful place within, whilst creating authentic, invigorating relationships with yourself and valued others.

A Holistic Union of East and West

Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest medical systems, offers individualised pathways to rejuvenation. Rooted in over 5,000 years of clinical practice, its’ aim is not at relieving symptoms, but at bringing back the balance of physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of self. Its relevance to modern trauma-informed healing has been highlighted by leading psychiatrist Bessel van der Kolk in The Body Keeps the Score.

Somatic therapy complements this ancient framework, recognising that experience lives within the body and nervous system. Through guided awareness, movement, and integration, the body becomes a gateway to regulation, insight, and sustainable change.

Awaken the Nine Senses
